Orders:

How do I place an order?

Add desired items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout." To create an account for easier tracking of your order, and to have information stored in our system for future orders, please sign up using your e-mail address. Billing and shipping information must be filled out. Payment information is entered at the bottom of the screen

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and EFT

Shipping:

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders with valid credit card approvals will be processed as follows:Express orders received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will ship the day it was received, unless otherwise noted. Express orders received after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be processed to ship the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Ground orders will be processed to ship on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day, unless otherwise noted

After I place my order, when will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be authorized once your order is placed, and the final charge will occur when it ships.

How do I track the status of my order?

If you created an online account when you placed your order, you can log in with your e-mail address and password to view your order status. If no account was created upon order, you can enter the order number online to check the status, or caontact our customer service team at orders@rma.co.za

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders shipped via USPS or using FedEx ground will arrive within 15-21 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday), following credit card authorization. Express orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will not be processed until the following business day. Please note: FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays.

Warranty & Returns

What is your return policy?

Rocky Mountain Armory has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to Rocky Mountain Armory within 30 days upon the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase

What do I do if my product is defective?

We stand behind the workmanship of each and every product we make. If you feel your item is defective or failing prematurely, please call our customer service team for a quick resolution. Once the returned item is received and inspected in our returns department, we will replace the item at no cost.

How do I return or exchange a product I purchased?

Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid return label. Your return will be processed in 10-14 business days.

Canceling & Order Changing:

Please try your best to take your time to only place orders you a completely happy with. We try our best to accommodate when possible, however when we get last minute requests to change or cancel we are not always able to do so.

How long does it take to get a response after submitting a request on the contact page?

We always do our best to respond quickly, but please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

Products:

How do I wash the apparel items?

Turn items inside out and machine wash in cold water using mild detergent. Tumble dry on low. For items with moisture wicking properties, avoid using fabric softener.

How many washes will your garments go through and still hold their color?

We do product testing on all products that are a minimum of 25 times wash/dry/wear cycles. With that, we recommend for maximum color fastness, that customers close all fasteners (zippers, Velcro, snaps, etc) and wash their garments inside out. This will extend the life and color of their products. We do use premium materials and dyestuff, but any time we include the comfort of cotton into the material blend, we recommend that they take a bit of care to extend the color life of their gear.

Are your garments true to size?

Yes, Sizing should run true to size and in accordance with industry standard.
